My Yoga Journey

My yoga journey began in 2010, when I first traveled to India, guided by an inner calling to explore everything this ancient land had to offer. Unaware of what I would find, I discovered in yoga the tool I needed to reconnect with a forgotten and mistreated body.
A few years after that first encounter and after a practice filled with ups and downs, I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training Course at the Spanish School of Yoga & Ayurveda. That marked the beginning of a lifelong journey of learning and growth.
I returned to India to deepen my practice with incredible Gurus and teachers, an experience that ultimately led me to resonate deeply with the Sivananda lineage. This lineage continues to inspire my practice and teachings to this day.
However, my approach to sharing yoga goes beyond the physical practice as a mere form of exercise. While gaining strength and flexibility is certainly valuable, the yoga I share is deeply rooted in Vedanta philosophy.
Yoga, for me, is a tool to master the body as a gateway to mastering the mind. Through this mastery, we create the foundation for meditation—not just as a practice, but as a way of life. My aim is to guide towards a deeper understanding of our Inner information, helping us reconnect to our true essence, at the ends it all comes to learning how to sit still in meditation ( and for this the body needs to be ready); to integrate yoga’s principles into our daily lives with solid tools such as breathing techniques, practical exercises, and rituals.
I aim to help others make yoga a natural and enriching part of their lifestyle.
