What is Energy Activation?

During an Energy Activation session, your Life Force Energy is activated, allowing it to flow freely through the seven chakras and release any blockages that may have accumulated in the body. This energy flow works in harmony with your own system, addressing exactly what you need in the moment.

 

As the energy begins to move and the activation takes place, it is common for emotions to surface. The body may also respond with spontaneous movements as it releases emotional and energetic overloads that have been stored over time, even at a cellular level.

 

What happens during a session?

You will lie down on a mat, close your eyes, and relax your entire body. Music will be played to support the process, and I may intuitively touch or press specific meridian points as guided by the energy flow.

 

The key is to surrender to the process without expectations. Your body may respond physically, or it may not, but rest assured that your subconscious is releasing and letting go. Whatever arises—whether emotions, sensations, or movements—allow it to come forth and be expressed.
